Dec. 7, 2011 - Mechel OAO has suspended work at several facilities at two of Southern Kuzbass Coal Company’s mines following a check by of the Southern Siberian department of the Federal Agency for Ecological, Technological and Nuclear Monitoring.
OSHA Cites Legend Tube and Metal Sales for Safety Violations
Nov. 16, 2011 - The U.S. Department of Labor's Occupational Safety and Health Administration has cited Legend Tube and Metal Sales Inc. for 21 safety and health violations for operating unsafe cranes that struck and injured two workers.
