Canadian Trade Tribunal to Commence Interim Review of Hot Rolled Carbon Steel Plate
Jul. 20, 2004 - The Canadian International Trade Tribunal has initiated an interim review of its finding on dumped hot-rolled carbon steel plate from Brazil, Finland, India, Indonesia, Thailand and Ukraine, and subsidized hot-rolled carbon steel plate originating in or exported from India, Indonesia and Thailand.
Algoma Steelworkers Vote to Strike if Necessary
Jul. 14, 2004 - The membership of the United Steelworkers’ Local 2251 has voted 96% in favor of strike action against Algoma Steel Inc. if the negotiating committee deems it necessary.
